Can I sin so as to “lose my salvation”?

"If as a Christian I can sin so as to "lose my salvation," just what sin or sins will place me in such danger?"

“I have some questions about your last video. Concerning the Holy Spirit being a seal of our salvation, if one sins, is that seal broken? Does the Holy Spirit come back if one repents? I don't understand. That makes me insecure if the HS leaves every time I sin.”
